A proper documented procedure is followed in the storage & production process.
The raw materials & finished goods are stored under good hygienic conditions & all the necessary steps & precautions have been taken on the basis of our prerequisite programs for proper fumigation, cleanliness & hygiene.
On receipt of any raw material, it is immediately sampled as per International norms and analyzed for the specification at our in-house laboratory. The product is used only if it meets our minimum internal specifications.
The spice processing unit has been developed, taking into consideration all the safety requirements and the GMPs( Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHPs (Good Hygiene Practices).
The processing unit comprises of a full stainless steel state-of-art grinding machinery in which, the spices & seeds are ground and directly collected into packing material after passing through a sensitive metal detection system. This metal detector is capable of rejecting ferrous & non-ferrous contamination keeping in mind our Food Safety programme. This is apart from the magnets which have been placed at various required areas in the production line. A magnet cleaning programme is followed at fixed intervals.
The manufactured product is sampled at fixed intervals and analyzed for homogeneity and is cleared for dispatch after full analysis is found to comply with our as well as our customer requirements.
